1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair, the global art fair that celebrates contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora, unveiled the gallery list for its highly anticipated 2024 New York edition. Set to be held at the Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea, this year's fair promises an immersive experience showcasing the dynamic range of artistic expression emanating from the African continent and its global diaspora.
Scheduled to run from Wednesday, May 1 to Saturday, May 4, 2024, the 10th edition of 1-54 New York will transform the iconic Starrett-Lehigh Building (255 11th Avenue, NYC) into a artistic haven.

Notably, Zimbabwe's artHARARE will be a standout presence at the fair, showcasing captivating immersive artworks by six photographic artists - Lennox Makurumidze, Nothando Chiwanga, Wonai Haruperi, Martina Gruber, Tinotenda Chamuka and Kudakwashe Chakwanda.
